Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, our policy for refunds and returns on digital products is as follows:

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once a course, eBook, webinar, or digital product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.
  • Exceptional Cases: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased content, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds may be considered in cases where access could not be restored.
  • Course Satisfaction Guarantee: If a course does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to provide feedback. While refunds are generally not provided, we may offer course credits or alternative solutions at our discretion.

Speaking Engagements & Live Events

David Rotimi’s speaking engagements and live events are carefully planned to ensure a high-value experience. Our policy for these services includes:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for speaking engagements are non-refundable. Deposits secure the booking and are used for event preparation.
  • Event Cancellations: If David Rotimi cancels a scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling Policy: If the client reschedules an event, payments may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability and agreement.

One-on-One Coaching & Consulting Services

David Rotimi provides premium coaching and consulting services designed to offer strategic guidance and transformation. The following refund policies apply:

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once a session has been booked and completed, refunds will not be issued.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 6 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a session, we encourage you to provide feedback. Alternative solutions may be provided at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 2 days of purchase.
  • Technical issues prevent access to a purchased digital product and cannot be resolved.
  • An event or service was canceled by David Rotimi.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
