Media Usage & Consent
By participating in any David Rotimi-affiliated event, program, or engagement, attendees, clients, and participants acknowledge and agree that:
- Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
- These media materials may be used for marketing, publicity, and educational content across various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Media content may also be shared with partners, sponsors, and media outlets for promotional activities related to David Rotimi’s work.
If an individual or organization does not wish to be recorded or photographed, they must inform event organizers in writing before the event or upon arrival.
Ownership & Usage Rights
- All media content captured by or on behalf of David Rotimi remains the property of David Rotimi and may be used indefinitely without further approval.
- Participants do not have the right to request compensation for the use of their image, likeness, or voice in media content.
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of David Rotimi’s media materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Media & External Requests
- Media representatives or third-party organizations seeking to capture content at David Rotimi’s events must obtain prior approval.
- If external media outlets use content featuring David Rotimi, proper attribution must be given.

Opt-Out & Media Removal Requests
If you have previously consented to media usage but would like to request removal of a specific image or video where you appear, please email dr@davidrotimi.com with:
- A description of the content in question
- The platform where it was found
- Proof of identity (if necessary for verification)
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee removal of media already published or distributed by third-party platforms.
